Denise Schroeder, CDRE, has sold over 500 homes in her 7-year real estate career, ranks in the top 1% of all Realtors in the state of Oklahoma, and has appeared on 10 reality shows, her latest one being "Worst Cooks in America." 

"Out of 11,000 submissions, only 14 were chosen - so I'm pretty bad," she says. Denise has appeared on Oprah twice, the Steve Harvey show, Rachel Ray, The Talk, HGTV's House Hunters, and now on Food Network's hilarious series.

Coming out of an abusive marriage, she fell in love with her FedEx guy, they blended their families to include five children, and together have built one of the most successful real estate empires in the state.

The victim of a horrific divorce, she wishes she'd had someone to guide her like she is able to do for her clients. Currently, 1/3 of Denise's business comes from divorce attorneys, and she finds this work the most rewarding. "When you can get somebody through this dark time unscathed, using tailored systems, as an established neutral, protecting their asset and getting them the most money - that is my reward."

Her advice for Realtors in this niche: "Tap into your intention. You need to be convicted, passionate, patient, and know that this isn't for the faint of heart. And you will find this to be the most rewarding work in your career."
